United Imaging Reports H1 2026 Revenue of RMB7.052 Billion, Up 17.22%; Overseas Share Reaches 25%

United Imaging released its H1 2026 results on August 19, with revenue of RMB7.052 billion, up 17.22% year on year, and attributable net profit of RMB897 million. Overseas revenue accounted for 25.02% of total, reflecting continued global expansion. In the second quarter, revenue and net profit rose 42.53% and 24.88% quarter on quarter. United Imaging released its 2026 interim report on the evening of August 19. In the first half, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB7.052 billion, up 17.22% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB897 million; and net profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring items was RMB827 million. In the second quarter, operating momentum strengthened, with revenue and attributable net profit rising 42.53% and 24.88% quarter on quarter, respectively, while gross margin improved by 0.03 percentage points sequentially.

During the reporting period, United Imaging continued to execute its globalisation strategy, with overseas business achieving simultaneous improvements in revenue and profitability. In the first half, overseas revenue accounted for 25.02% of total revenue. Cumulative product deliveries exceeded 40,000 units/sets, covering more than 100 countries and regions, further increasing the contribution of overseas markets to the company's overall business.

By region, the North American market was driven mainly by high-end equipment and expansion of IDN (integrated delivery network) customers. As of the end of the reporting period, United Imaging had delivered more than 850 units/sets in North America, with high-end equipment covering over 90% of U. S. states and service revenue growing more than 30%. In Europe, revenue grew nearly 50%, with cumulative installations exceeding 780 units/sets and service revenue up over 80%. The first 5T MRI in Europe was successfully installed, and the uRT-linac 506c obtained EU CE MDR certification and received initial orders. In the Asia-Pacific region, revenue grew nearly 150%, with breakthroughs in markets such as Singapore, Australia, Japan and South Korea.

United Imaging currently operates 44 overseas offices and 39 spare parts warehouses, providing 7×24-hour real-time response and full-lifecycle service support for overseas equipment. As of the end of the reporting period, the company had obtained EU CE certification for 77 products and U. FDA 510(k) clearance for 78 products, of which more than 35 AI-enabled medical devices received FDA permission.

On the product front, innovative products such as long-axis PET/CT, the ultra-high-resolution brain PET/CT uNeuroEXPLORER, and the uMI Panvivo family accelerated their entry into international markets during the reporting period, further validating the overseas clinical value of the therapy and interventional businesses. As of the end of the reporting period, United Imaging products had covered more than 100 countries and regions worldwide.
