At the first meeting of the new board held the same day, Xu Enli was elected chairman and Huang Yu was reappointed as president. After stepping down as chairman, Huang Liping continues to serve as a director on the 21st board.

On the 21st board, apart from Huang Liping and Huang Yu, Lei Jiangsong currently serves as a member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Shenzhen Metro Group, Yao Fei serves as a member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Shenzhen Investment Holdings, and Zhu Zhiqiang serves as deputy Party secretary, director and general manager of Shenzhen Capital Operations Group. All of these companies are institutions within the Shenzhen state-owned assets system. According to the announcement of the new board's resolutions, Vanke's executive vice presidents and board secretary remain the same team as since early 2025, including executive vice presidents Li Feng, Hua Cui and Li Gang, executive vice president and chief financial officer Han Huihua, and board secretary Tian Jun.

The new chairman, Xu Enli, is 51 years old, holds a master's degree in management and has the title of senior engineer. From 2020 to 2024, he served as a member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Shenye Group, concurrently serving as Party secretary and chairman of Shenye Land and Shenye Commercial Management. From November 2024 to July 2026, he served as Party secretary and chairman of Shenzhen Expressway Group, and joined Vanke in early July 2026. The new president, Huang Yu, took up his post at the same time, having previously served as deputy director of the Office of the Shenzhen Municipal Financial Committee and deputy director of the Municipal Local Financial Administration Bureau. Before this board re-election, Huang Liping had already taken up the post of Party secretary and chairman of Shenzhen Metro Group.

Controlling and reducing losses remains one of the company's core operational objectives for 2026. The next-stage work directions determined by Vanke at this shareholders meeting include: on the operational front, optimizing asset structure and quality, and improving city and project layout through activation of existing assets; on the debt front, focusing on stabilizing existing financing, orderly mitigating maturity repayment pressure, exploring diversified market-based solutions, and advancing debt optimization based on actual circumstances.
