VMAX and Texas Instruments Sign MOU to Expand Cooperation Across NEV and AI Infrastructure

VMAX and Texas Instruments have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU). Their cooperation has been upgraded from project collaboration in the new energy vehicle sector to a multi-track partnership covering both new energy vehicles and AI infrastructure.

Against the backdrop of continued growth in AI and data centers, Texas Instruments will provide full-lifecycle support spanning market development, chip selection, solution customization and mass-production ramp-up. The two companies will jointly offer integrated solutions for power supply architecture upgrades in AI infrastructure. In the new energy vehicle sector, their cooperation introduces Texas Instruments' new-generation MCU platform, which VMAX has already applied to onboard charging products on its G5 platform.
