Waigaoqiao H1 2026 Revenue RMB 3.197 Billion, Net Profit RMB 110 Million, Up 7.3%

Waigaoqiao disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report. In the first half, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 3.197 billion, up 14.26% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 110 million, up 7.3%; basic earnings per share were RMB 0.0807.

During the reporting period, the main reason for the change in operating revenue was the delivery of the Hanghui Mingting residential project, which confirmed revenue and increased property sales income.
