Wuliangye announced on July 28 that Director Xiao Hao, citing work changes, has tendered his resignation from the positions of director on the seventh board of directors and member of the strategic committee. His original term was set to expire upon the conclusion of the seventh board's term. Following his resignation, Xiao Hao will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. As of the date of the announcement, Xiao Hao did not hold any shares of the company.
