Wuliangye Smart Packaging Center Starts Trial Production of Jianzhuang Line
On August 27, Wuliangye launched trial production of its Jianzhuang line at the Smart Packaging Center, a core part of the finished-product packaging and intelligent warehousing project. The line integrates MES, WMS, production management, and anti-counterfeiting traceability systems, with ionizing air dust removal and AI visual inspection. Once operational, it enables full digital control from material delivery to finished-goods warehousing, upgrading from semi-automated to digitalized production.
On August 27, Wuliangye officially commenced trial production of the Jianzhuang line at its Smart Packaging Center. The center is a core component of the integrated project for finished-product packaging and intelligent warehousing and distribution.
The Jianzhuang line under trial integrates multiple management systems, including MES, WMS, production line management, and anti-counterfeiting traceability, and is equipped with technologies such as ionizing air dust removal and AI visual inspection. Once fully operational, the line will enable digitalized control across the entire chain—covering packaging material delivery, liquor supply, production line operation, and finished-product warehousing—completing the upgrade from semi-automated to digitalized production.
