Xiaomi President: Pengcheng September Launch to Feature Fast Delivery
Xiaomi Group President Lu Weibing said at an August 18 earnings call that the company's two new car models have drawn strong foot traffic in showrooms, and test drives will be arranged once vehicles are fully prepared. He also disclosed that the Xiaomi Pengcheng, launching in September, will begin deliveries immediately upon launch, with sufficient production capacity ensuring a relatively fast delivery pace.
Lu Weibing said that after the two new models entered showrooms, a large number of visitors have come to view the cars. Once vehicle preparation is complete, the company will arrange for users to experience the cars as soon as possible.
Lu Weibing also disclosed arrangements for the Xiaomi Pengcheng's September launch. He said the model will be delivered immediately upon launch, with sufficient production capacity prepared this time, resulting in a relatively fast delivery speed.
