Xiaomi to Debut at Berlin IFA 2026, Show Ecosystem, Plan European Car Entry in 2027

The company also reaffirmed plans to enter the European car market in 2027. The 2026 IFA, scheduled for September 4-8, is expected to attract over 1,900 brands. Xiaomi will make its first appearance at the International Consumer Electronics Show (IFA) in Berlin in September 2026, showcasing its 'Human x Car x Home' ecosystem. Founder Lei Jun made the announcement on August 22. The ecosystem strategy, built around Xiaomi OS, seamlessly connects personal devices, smart vehicles, and smart-home scenarios. Founded in 1924, IFA is Europe's largest consumer electronics trade show. The 2026 edition is scheduled for September 4-8 and is expected to attract more than 1,900 exhibitors. Xiaomi has previously participated in the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, but this marks its debut as an exhibitor at IFA.
At the event, Xiaomi will display its smartphones, automobiles, and the full range of Mijia smart-home products, enabling cross-device connectivity via the operating system. In addition, Xiaomi plans to officially bring its automobiles to the European market in 2027, a plan previously disclosed.
