The company confirmed all imports and customs clearance comply with regulations, with no detentions or delays, and its supply chain remains stable. For the first half of 2026, revenue surged 497.11% to RMB 254 million, net profit attributable to shareholders rose 540.15% to RMB 12.0154 million, and non-GAAP net profit grew 174.64% to RMB 6.7174 million. Xingyun Technology Co. , Ltd. issued a clarification announcement on August 11, addressing rumors circulating on social media platforms and investment communities that the company's computing power cards were "stuck at customs." After a comprehensive review by management involving the logistics department, business operations department, and other relevant units, the company confirmed that all such rumors are false. Since commencing its computing power business, the company has strictly complied with the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws and customs supervision regulations in all overseas procurement and import clearance of computing equipment, components, and related goods. All business processes are compliant and documentation is complete, and no computing equipment or related goods have ever been detained, delayed, or prevented from passing customs. Currently, all overseas-purchased products are clearing customs and arriving on schedule, and the overall supply chain remains stable and orderly.

In response to the fabrication and malicious dissemination of these false rumors, the company has initiated a traceability investigation and has reported the matter to the public security authorities. It will pursue legal liability against the suspected offenders in accordance with the law.

Financial data show that in the first half of 2026, Xingyun Technology achieved operating revenue of RMB 254 million, an increase of 497.11% from RMB 43 million in the same period of 2025. Net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 12.0154 million, up 540.15% year-on-year. Non-GAAP net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 6.7174 million, up 174.64% year-on-year, turning the company profitable. On August 11, Xingyun Technology's share price closed at RMB 34.92 per share, down 9.04% for the day. From the beginning of 2026 to date, the company's share price has accumulated a gain of 540.73%.
