Yijun Group's Controlling Shareholder Transfers 25% Stake to TC for 45.88% of Its Subsidiary

On 18 August 2026, Yijun Group Holdings announced that its controlling shareholder, Tianfu International Group, would transfer 102 million shares (representing 25% of the company's issued share capital) to TC (Guangte Yuanzhi) in exchange for a 45.88% equity interest in TC's wholly-owned subsidiary. Based on the closing price of HK$68.75 per share on 18 August, the company's market capitalisation was HK$28.05 billion, and the 25% stake corresponded to a market value of approximately HK$7.013 billion.

After the transaction, Tianfu International's shareholding will be reduced to 39.57%, and it will remain the controlling shareholder of the company.
