Yinman Mining Accident Kills One; Mining Area Halted, Processing Plant Continues on Surface Ore for 2.5 Months

Yinman Mining, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xingye Silver Tin, reported a production safety accident at its underground mine on July 26, resulting in one fatality and no injuries. The mining area has been suspended, while the processing plant remains operational. A surface stockpile of 350,000 tonnes of ore can sustain production for about two and a half months. The cause of the accident is under investigation.

Xingye Silver Tin's wholly-owned subsidiary Yinman Mining experienced a production safety accident at approximately 3:30 p. m. on July 26 in underground mining area three, 750 level, between the west main haulage from 19-1 to 25-1. The accident resulted in one fatality and no injuries.

Following the incident, the company reported the matter to the local emergency management authorities in accordance with relevant regulations. The cause of the accident and the circumstances of the fatality are still under investigation and confirmation.

Currently, the mining area of Yinman Mining has been suspended, while the processing plant is operating normally. The mining area has a surface stockpile of 350,000 tonnes of ore, which can supply the processing plant for approximately two and a half months.
