King Sea comprises five residential towers, and all units have obtained pre-sale consent. The first phase, 'King Sea I', involves Towers 3 and 5, providing 617 units with layouts ranging from one to three bedrooms, plus special units. The saleable floor areas range from 242 to 721 square feet. Pricing will be set with reference to units that enjoy sea views.
