YuKuai ChuangLing Launches Business-Finance Steward System to Automate Route Profit Calculation

Published: Updated: By 24TopNews Editorial Desk

YuKuai ChuangLing, a commercial vehicle telematics provider and subsidiary of FAW Jiefang, has launched the Business-Finance Steward System. The system integrates vehicle data, including fuel consumption, mileage, and driving behavior, with financial data to automatically calculate net profit per vehicle, route, and customer. It allows fleet managers to monitor operational performance in real time, moving away from traditional month-end settlement. The launch reflects the shift from scale expansion to refined operations in China's logistics industry.

Before 2017, China's freight industry experienced strong demand growth with relatively few participants, keeping freight rates high. Since then, nationwide unified overload control and axle-based tolling policies have been implemented, freight platforms have become ubiquitous, transport capacity has increased, and freight rates have continued to decline. In 2025, a national minimum guidance price for express delivery took effect, and regulators have intensified scrutiny of malignant low-price competition, driving the logistics industry from scale expansion toward refined operations.

YuKuai ChuangLing is a commercial vehicle telematics service provider affiliated with FAW Jiefang. The company has launched the Business-Finance Steward System, designed to link vehicle, waybill, revenue, cost, and financial data to form a digital fleet operation decision-making system. Based on original factory telematics, the system collects native data from the vehicle level, including fuel consumption, mileage, driving behavior, safety, and fault codes, and integrates these data through a cloud-based data middle platform. The Business-Finance Steward connects data from fleet management systems, transport management systems, and financial systems, allowing fleets to configure dispatch logic based on different transport scenarios such as full truckload or less-than-truckload, enabling the accumulation and reuse of dispatching experience.

In terms of accounting, the Business-Finance Steward automatically aggregates all revenues and expenses, including fuel costs, electricity costs, tolls, driver expenses, loading and unloading fees, and weighbridge tickets, and maps them to specific waybills, vehicles, routes, and customers. Revenue is matched to waybills, expenses to vehicles and drivers, audits to processes, and settlements to customers. The system can calculate the net profit of each trip and display in real time the profit status of each vehicle, route, and customer. Unlike traditional month-end settlement methods, the Business-Finance Steward allows fleets to view operational signals at any time, identify problems early, and intervene.

YuKuai ChuangLing has transformed from a provider of integrated telematics hardware and software solutions to a provider of smart logistics management software. Its product scope has expanded from vehicle management to business management and operational management, forming a complete chain that uses vehicle data as the foundation, safety and energy consumption as process management, waybills and expenses as business management, and ultimately targets operational result management.
