Zhifei Biological's controlled subsidiary Chen'an Biological held a kickoff meeting in Zhejiang for the Phase Ib clinical trial of its self-developed CA111 injection, with the project successfully completing enrollment of subjects in the first dose group on August 12.
The Phase Ib trial is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamic characteristics of CA111 injection in obese or overweight subjects. Following enrollment of the initial subjects, clinical research of the product in the weight-loss field has entered the preliminary efficacy verification stage.
