Zhonghua Enterprise disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report on August 26. During the reporting period, the company recorded operating revenue of RMB 3.821 billion, down 42.93% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was a loss of RMB 299 million, compared with a profit of RMB 521 million in the same period of 2025 (adjusted), marking a swing from profit to loss.
The company attributed the revenue decline to fewer properties delivered and settled for profit recognition compared with the same period of 2025, a lower gross margin, and reduced investment income from equity-method accounted units.
