Zhongji Innolight's actual controller Wang Weixiu pledged 728,000 shares on September 2, 2026, to repay debts, bringing cumulative pledges to 6.678 million shares. The latest shareholder list also shows Zhang Jianping exited the top ten by August 31, 2026.

Zhongji Innolight announced on the evening of September 2, 2026, that its actual controller Wang Weixiu had pledged a portion of his shares with China Merchants Securities and Huatai Securities in stock pledge transactions, totaling 728,000 shares, representing 1.04% of his holdings and 0.06% of the company's total share capital, for the purpose of debt repayment. As of September 1, 2026, Wang Weixiu and his concert parties had pledged an aggregate of 6.678 million shares, accounting for 3.45% of their combined holdings and 0.57% of the total share capital.

Shareholder information disclosed on the same day showed that as of August 31, 2026, Zhang Jianping was no longer among the top ten shareholders of Zhongji Innolight. According to the company's 2026 semi-annual report previously disclosed, as of June 30, 2026, Zhang Jianping ranked as the ninth-largest shareholder, holding 5.9348 million shares, representing 0.53% of the circulating shares. In the newly disclosed top ten shareholder list, the tenth-largest shareholder is a product of China Life Insurance Company, holding 7.5625 million shares, with a stake exceeding Zhang Jianping's holding in the semi-annual report.
