The released shares account for 1.65% of Zhongji Holding's total holdings and 0.17% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, Zhongji Holding and its concert parties had cumulative pledged shares of 3.328 million, representing 1.72% of their combined holdings and 0.28% of the company's total share capital.
