Zhongjuxin Investee Jingheng Xidao to Build High-Purity Quartz Project in Quzhou

Zhongjuxin (688549) announced on September 11, 2026 that its investee Jingheng Xidao (Shanghai) Technology plans to sign an investment agreement with the Quzhou Smart Manufacturing New City Management Committee to invest approximately RMB 1.1 billion in a high-purity quartz materials project with annual capacity of 2,220 tonnes through a wholly owned Quzhou project company.

The project will be built in two phases. Phase one covers a high-purity quartz materials project with annual capacity of 720 tonnes, with total planned investment of approximately RMB 333 million, subject to actual conditions. Jingheng Xidao's investment in the high-purity quartz materials project aims to introduce semiconductor-grade high-purity quartz technology for domestic deployment.

Separately, Zhongjuxin plans to inject RMB 100 million into Jingheng Xidao, while other external investors plan to invest an additional RMB 180 million. After the capital increase is completed, Zhongjuxin's shareholding in Jingheng Xidao will change from 44.75% to no less than 36.96%, and Jingheng Xidao will remain an investee of Zhongjuxin.
