On September 11, Zoomlion's 2026 Global Financial Partners Summit and signing ceremony were held in Shanghai. More than 40 partners from the financial and insurance sectors, from locations including Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, France and Kazakhstan, attended. The meeting featured exchanges on topics including the global macroeconomic and financial situation and the layout of overseas financial and insurance operations. At the event, Zoomlion reached multiple cooperation arrangements with relevant partners, and a USD 300 million composite credit insurance policy and a USD 50 million non-recourse factoring cooperation agreement were signed.

On the morning of the summit, a dedicated training session was held, covering analysis of the macroeconomic situation and the geopolitical environment. The summit opened in the afternoon, with Zoomlion Chief Financial Officer Du Yigang delivering a welcome address. Xu Xiaoming, General Manager of Zoomlion's Financial Business Management Department and Credit Insurance Department, and Yan Xin, Deputy General Manager, spoke at the meeting, introducing the company's overseas third-party financial and insurance business layout and cooperation models. Representatives from institutions including RADANA and Alfa-Bank spoke on the global macroeconomic, financial and insurance situation.

The signing ceremony took place that evening. After six months of preparatory work, Zoomlion and an international insurance company and related institutions formed a layered solution comprising a USD 300 million composite credit insurance policy plus non-recourse factoring under the policy, involving overseas installment receivables. During the signing session, Zoomlion signed the USD 300 million composite credit insurance overall underwriting policy with an international insurance company rated double-A by international rating agencies and related institutions, and signed an initial USD 50 million non-recourse factoring cooperation agreement with an overseas bank.
