The China Drug Registration System is a drug price self-declaration and registration platform jointly sponsored by the National Healthcare Security Administration and the Beijing Municipal Government and organized by the Xicheng District Government. It was officially launched on December 2, 2025. The platform is positioned for market price registration scenarios outside the medical insurance payment system. The operating unit accepts registration declarations and conducts formal verification, without intervening in the specific price levels of enterprise products.
This expansion of the platform's business from drugs to medical devices will help enterprises open channels for overseas introduction and commercial cooperation. With the support of the Foreign Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, the China Drug Registration System will also organize high-quality domestic medical device enterprises to participate in two major international medical exhibitions in Poland and Bangladesh, aiming to build an efficient bridge for domestic medical devices to enter the international market.
