Strategic partnerships were signed with state-owned platforms, industry associations, and content producers. First listed assets include micro-dramas, music IP, and music festivals. In 2025, Chengdu's digital cultural core industry revenue reached RMB 413.97 billion.

On July 29, the launch ceremony for the Chengjiao Entertainment Digital Asset Trading Platform was held in Chengdu. Representatives from provincial and municipal industry regulators, cultural and entertainment enterprises, venture capital institutions, and content creators attended the event.

Chengdu Cultural Property Exchange, established in 2010, is the only comprehensive cultural property trading platform in Sichuan Province approved by the inter-ministerial joint meeting of the State Council to serve the national market. In recent years, the exchange has developed a "1 chain, 1 database, 8 platforms" structure, using the "China Digital Cultural Chain" as its technical foundation and the "Red Star Smart Media" media asset database as data support. It has successively launched platforms such as the "Jiaolong" cultural export initiative, a one-stop copyright service, the "Chaoju Chengwen" national trend commodity trading platform, and a metaverse digital prop trading platform. The newly launched Chengjiao Entertainment Digital Asset Trading Platform is a joint effort by Chengdu Cultural Property Exchange, Chengdu Smart Media City, and Chengdu Xinchuang Zhongyu.

The platform relies on blockchain-based evidence storage technology, focusing on entertainment assets such as film and TV copyrights, original IP, and digital performing arts. It provides integrated services including rights certification, value assessment, compliance trading, and IP incubation. At the launch event, the platform signed strategic cooperation agreements with state-owned asset operation platforms, entertainment industry associations, and content production companies. The parties will collaborate on compliance system development, industry standard setting, offline industry linkage, and high-quality asset supply. The first batch of listed assets includes premium micro-dramas, top music IP, and themed music festivals.

In 2025, the core revenue of Chengdu's digital cultural industry reached RMB 413.97 billion. The platform aligns with Chengdu's positioning in the city's 15th Five-Year Plan to become a national cultural creative center and a digital cultural industry cluster, providing a core vehicle for the digital cultural construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.
