Among leading projects, Shenzhen Bay Yunxi ranked first nationally in cumulative single-project sales. Shanghai's Yunqi Binjiang, Anlan Shanghai, and Lujiazui Taikoo Yuan Yuandi recorded sales of approximately RMB 13.72 billion, RMB 6.83 billion, and RMB 6.41 billion respectively. Beijing's Runyuan led the Beijing market with approximately RMB 5.89 billion. In Hangzhou, the top 10 projects recorded cumulative sales of approximately RMB 32.08 billion. In Chengdu, driven by projects such as Luhu Eco-City (approximately RMB 3.68 billion) and C&D Haiyao (approximately RMB 3.1 billion), the top 10 projects recorded cumulative sales of approximately RMB 16.63 billion. The top 10 projects in Suzhou, Chongqing, Changsha, and Zhuhai recorded combined sales of approximately RMB 13.93 billion, RMB 9.46 billion, RMB 8.33 billion, and RMB 6.69 billion respectively.
