Cyberport's Phase 5 expansion will be completed by the end of June 2026, with half of the expanded office space already leased. Tenants include large-scale innovation and technology leading enterprises, as well as companies from the "Hangzhou Six Little Dragons" group.
The expansion increases Cyberport's total floor area by 40%. Going forward, Cyberport will provide more space for innovation and technology companies and increase its supply of artificial intelligence computing power. Cyberport said its goal is to achieve full office occupancy.
