Huawei Raises Ascend 950DT Price About 60% to RMB 250,000, Matching Nvidia B200

Huawei has notified some customers that it will sharply raise the price of its most advanced artificial intelligence chip. The pricing aligns with Nvidia's B200 chip. Huawei sales representatives told customers that high-bandwidth memory supply is particularly limited, driving up costs.

Chinese artificial intelligence company DeepSeek plans to deploy at least 160,000 of Huawei's most advanced artificial intelligence accelerator chips at a data center in Inner Mongolia. Cambricon has also adjusted the pricing of its next-generation chips, with increases of as much as 30%.
