Poly Xirui Launches Guoshi Lifestyle, Signs Dual Alliances; 323 Units with 1.43 Plot Ratio, 43 Sold at 120,000

On July 25, 2026, Poly Xirui held a launch event for its Guoshi lifestyle and a signing ceremony for dual alliances with Golden Key International Alliance and Chief Steward International Butler Alliance at the State Guest Core Area in Haidian's West Fourth Ring area. The event marked the formal signing of the two alliances, making the project one of the few low-density courtyard homes in Haidian's inner city to receive dual international service certifications.

Golden Key International Alliance, a high-end service certification body originating from Europe, has served major events such as the Olympic Games and national summits. Chief Steward International Butler Alliance focuses on the butler profession ecosystem, localizing British royal butler service standards for the East. The two alliances will provide regular training and system iteration for the project team, ensuring long-term stable implementation of service standards.

Based on the background of Haidian's government, research, and education clientele, Poly Xirui has developed the 'Guizang' life system. The project includes Beijing's first museum-level private club, the Honglu Guoshi Hall, which features a museum, botanical garden, and cultural history hall as its core, supported by 16 comprehensive functional spaces, including a scholars' study, coffee and flower room, auspicious beast courtyard, royal mansion stage, private dining hall, heated swimming pool, and fitness space. These spaces are not add-ons but are custom-designed private spaces for the target clientele.

Located in the State Guest Core Area on Haidian's West Fourth Ring, the project plans 3- to 5-story low-density courtyard homes, totaling 323 units with a plot ratio of 1.43. As of the launch, 43 units have been signed online, with an average price of 120,000 RMB per square meter for units over 200 square meters. The project relies on Poly's state-owned property services and is complemented by the state-guest-level 'Guoshi Courtesy' service standard, supporting daily living and community activities.
