Suzhou has launched a special rectification campaign to restore order in the real estate brokerage market. Beike Suzhou has responded actively by carrying out a dedicated store compliance inspection campaign, guided by party building and industry self-discipline, to promote standardized operations among partner stores. Since the campaign began, it has covered more than 60% of Beike Suzhou's partner new-brand brokerage stores.
The campaign designates each store owner as the first person responsible for compliance, requiring every store to first conduct self-inspection against the standards and prepare in advance materials such as licenses, contracts, and practitioner information cards. In the early phase, the company held special briefings for all store owners and agents to communicate compliance requirements to every practitioner and urge stores to resolve issues at the front end. Inspections combine online and offline methods, covering store information disclosure, service processes, contract archiving, and online listing publication, with unified review training organized for common problems exposed during inspections.
The special inspection is still ongoing. Beike will continue to accelerate the inspection pace to achieve full coverage of partner stores, while regularly conducting compliance warning education and proactively cooperating with supervisory authorities in various regulatory inspections. Beike Suzhou integrates party building into daily operations, using the "Red Shell Pioneer" as a link, and continuously consolidates the compliance foundation through industry compliance co-building, policy guidance, and enhancing the professionalization of agents.
