ZTE, Southern Power Grid Chairmen Agree to Deepen Cooperation in Digital Grid and AI+Energy
ZTE chairman Fang Rong visited Qian Chaoyang, chairman and party secretary of Southern Power Grid, for talks on deepening cooperation. The two sides plan to jointly advance digital grid technology upgrades, support new grid construction, deepen electricity-carbon-computing synergy, and build an "AI+energy" ecosystem. They also aim to develop China-centric solutions for products and services and expand into international energy markets. Fang Rong stated ZTE will leverage its expertise in information communication, computing, AI, and international business.

Qian Chaoyang said during the meeting that for the 15th five-year plan period, he hopes the two sides will further deepen pragmatic cooperation, jointly promote digital grid technology upgrades to fully support the construction of new power grids; jointly deepen electricity-carbon-computing synergy to better participate in the construction of the "six networks"; jointly build an "AI+energy" ecosystem to accelerate the development of major scenarios; and jointly optimize China solutions for products and services while jointly exploring international energy markets. Fang Rong said that ZTE will fully leverage its professional advantages and deepen cooperation with Southern Power Grid in areas such as information communication, computing industry, artificial intelligence, and international business.
