23rd China-ASEAN Expo Debuts Chain-Leader Model, Drawing Over 3,400 Exhibitors

The 23rd China-ASEAN Expo has introduced an innovative "big leads small" exhibition model led by chain-leader enterprises, using leading firms to guide and coordinate industrial chain clusters, and advancing bilateral economic and trade cooperation from "selling individual products" toward "building integrated ecosystems." Under this model, industry-leading enterprises take the lead in forming delegations, bringing upstream and downstream companies and products across industrial and supply chains together to showcase full-chain technological achievements, supporting systems, and integrated solutions.

The China-ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0 upgrade protocol is about to enter implementation, accelerating the expansion of cooperation between the two sides into emerging areas such as the digital economy, green and low-carbon development, standards interoperability, and industrial and supply chain coordination.

This year's expo has attracted more than 3,400 enterprises. Key chain-leader companies including China Datang and Sinomach are heading delegations and participating under the "big leads small" approach.
