Bank of China and Telecom Carriers Launch Computing-Power Finance Initiative
At the 2026 China Computing Power Conference on September 12, Bank of China, joined by China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, PICC, China Orient Asset Management and CDB Financial Leasing, launched the "One Network, Three Integrations" computing-power finance ecosystem initiative. During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, Bank of China will provide at least RMB 300 billion in comprehensive financial support, back at least 100 key intelligent computing center projects and serve more than 3,000 computing-power user enterprises.
On September 12, 2026, at the opening ceremony of the 2026 China Computing Power Conference, Bank of China, with the guidance and support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Bank of China, joined ecosystem partners including China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, People's Insurance Company of China, China Orient Asset Management and CDB Financial Leasing to launch the "One Network, Three Integrations" computing-power finance ecosystem initiative.
During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, Bank of China will work with computing-power ecosystem partners in insurance, industrial investment, asset management and financial leasing to build a "computing power plus" industrial finance ecosystem, providing no less than RMB 300 billion in comprehensive financial support to enterprises across the computing-power industry chain and supporting no fewer than 100 key intelligent computing center projects.
In the same period, Bank of China will provide cross-regional, integrated and coordinated financial services for regional nodes of computing-power interconnection, serving more than 3,000 computing-power user enterprises.
