China Council Head Meets Petrobras CEO to Boost Energy Ties

Li Xingqian, vice chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, met with Magda Chambriard, CEO of Brazil's state-owned oil company Petrobras, in Beijing on September 4. They discussed strengthening China-Brazil energy cooperation, improving conditions for foreign firms in China, integrating supply chains, and deepening commercial legal services. Brazil's ambassador to China also attended.

On September 4, Li Xingqian, vice chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, met with Magda Chambriard, president and chief executive officer of Brazil's state-owned oil company Petrobras, and her delegation in Beijing. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening China-Brazil energy cooperation, facilitating better development of foreign-invested enterprises in China, promoting integration of industrial and supply chains, and deepening cooperation in commercial legal services. Gao Wang, Brazil's ambassador to China, attended the meeting.
