Among the sub-indices, the business volume index stood at 50.4%, staying in expansion for a third consecutive month, while the new orders index reached 50.5%, rising for a fifth consecutive month. By sector, the business volume indices for railway transport, road transport, postal express delivery and multimodal transport all stayed in expansion. The multimodal transport business volume index was 54%, up 0.5 percentage points month on month. Localities continued to innovate in multimodal transport solutions, achieving further breakthroughs in water-to-water transshipment, rail-sea intermodal transport, single-bill systems and data interconnection.
