China's Copyright Administration Unveils 15th Five-Year Plan to Integrate Software Legalization with
China's National Copyright Administration has issued its 15th Five-Year Plan for copyright work, aiming to expand joint regulatory achievements in software legalization. The plan emphasizes combining software legalization with informatization efforts, strengthening governance through source control and technical inspections. It also targets consolidating progress in government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and financial institutions, while expanding to education and healthcare sectors. Additionally, the plan calls for intensified crackdowns on software infringement, support for overseas rights protection, and quality improvement to foster high-quality software industry development.
