China's Medical Insurance Real-Time Settlements Reach RMB 945.7 Billion, Cover 752,200 Institutions

As of the end of July 2026, medical insurance authorities nationwide had disbursed RMB 945.731 billion in real-time settlement funds to medical institutions, accounting for 95.51% of the local monthly settlement amount. This covered 752,200 designated medical institutions, representing 90.17% of all designated medical institutions in coordinated regions. The annual target for real-time settlement of medical insurance funds has been completed ahead of schedule.
