China's NDRC Promotes 36 Private Capital Projects Worth RMB 61.4 Billion
The Private Economy Bureau of China's National Development and Reform Commission held a symposium with private enterprises and industry associations to promote 36 investment projects totaling RMB 61.4 billion. The projects, spanning transport, logistics, water conservancy, and energy, aim to attract RMB 15.6 billion in private capital. Private investors may participate through sole ownership, controlling stakes, or minority equity in project companies. The commission plans to establish a regular project promotion mechanism and improve support services.

Private capital may participate through various means, including sole ownership, controlling stakes, or minority equity in project companies.
The National Development and Reform Commission stated that the next step will be to give full play to the mechanism for regular communication and problem-solving with private enterprises, work with relevant parties to continuously optimize service guarantees, strengthen the supply of factors such as capital and land, coordinate the resolution of key issues, and promote early implementation of projects. At the same time, a regular project promotion mechanism will be established to expand opportunities for private enterprises to participate in quality project investments and promote the development of private investment.
