China's Software Revenue Up 9.2% in First Seven Months of 2026
China's software industry recorded revenue of RMB 8.9785 trillion in the first seven months of 2026, up 9.2% year on year, according to official data. Total profits reached RMB 1.0396 trillion, rising 1.3%, while software exports grew 12.2% to USD 40.61 billion.
Data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology showed that in the first seven months of 2026, China's software business revenue reached RMB 8.9785 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 9.2%. During the same period, total profits in the software industry amounted to RMB 1.0396 trillion, up 1.3% from a year earlier. Software exports totaled USD 40.61 billion, representing a growth of 12.2% year on year.
