On August 26, the People's Government of Guizhou Province and China Telecom Group Co. , Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Guiyang. Xu Lin, Secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, and Li Bingjun, Deputy Secretary and Governor of the province, met with Ke Ruiwen, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of China Telecom Group, and jointly attended the signing ceremony. Under the agreement, the two sides will deepen cooperation in areas including the construction of new information infrastructure, the expansion of the data annotation industry, and digital-intelligent empowerment.
