Qingdao Trade Value Up 6.4% to RMB 554.87 Billion in Jan-Jul 2026

In the first seven months of 2026, the total value of imports and exports of Qingdao reached RMB 554.87 billion, accounting for 26.1% of the total foreign trade of Shandong Province, up 6.4% year on year, 2.1 percentage points faster than the provincial average. Exports amounted to RMB 337.71 billion, up 8.3%, while imports totaled RMB 217.16 billion, up 3.5%.

For July alone, Qingdao's trade value was RMB 87.75 billion, a year-on-year increase of 10.5%. Exports rose 16.3% to RMB 56.01 billion, and imports grew 1.5% to RMB 31.74 billion.
