During the same period, the outstanding balance of real estate development loans was 12.65 trillion yuan, down 8.5% year-on-year, with a decrease of 540.2 billion yuan in the first half. The outstanding balance of personal housing loans was 36.29 trillion yuan, down 3.8% year-on-year, with a reduction of 716.3 billion yuan in the first half.
