On August 26, the 2026 Shaanxi Province Listed Company High-Quality Development Report release conference was held in Xi'an. The Shaanxi Provincial Financial Office, together with the Shaanxi Securities Regulatory Bureau, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shaanxi, and the northwest bases of the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing stock exchanges, jointly released the report and launched the Shaanxi Capital Market Board Secretary Home.

Since the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan, Shaanxi has added 29 A-share listed companies, a growth rate of 49.15%, ranking second nationwide. To date, the province has 85 A-share listed companies, including 16 on the STAR Market, ranking 11th nationally. In 2025, Xi'an ESWIN became one of the first companies on the STAR Market's growth tier, with a market value exceeding RMB 100 billion. Shaanxi is also one of two provinces with first-batch companies in major national multi-tier capital market reform pilots.

As of end-2025, total assets of Shaanxi's A-share listed companies reached RMB 2.38 trillion, up 10.95% year on year. Their combined market capitalization stood at RMB 1.87 trillion, up 38.88%, with four companies exceeding RMB 100 billion and 36 exceeding RMB 10 billion. In 2025, the province's listed companies generated total operating revenue of RMB 763.435 billion, accounting for 20.89% of provincial GDP.

The report, first published in 2022, has been issued annually for five consecutive years. The 2026 edition contains 12 chapters, analyzing the operations and highlights of A-share, overseas-listed, and NEEQ-listed companies from the perspectives of innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and sharing. It provides references for government decision-making, corporate benchmarking, and financial institution services.

The conference also marked the launch of the Shaanxi Capital Market Board Secretary Home, guided by the provincial financial office, the securities regulator, and the state-owned assets authority. Operated by the Shaanxi Capital Market Service Center, it serves board secretaries and chief financial officers of listed and pre-listing companies as a learning and exchange platform.
