At a municipal government press conference held on September 3, Shanghai Deputy Secretary-General Zhu Min stated that Shanghai is the world's largest port city, with port trade volumes exceeding RMB 10 trillion for five consecutive years. During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, Shanghai will further enhance its international trade hub functions and consolidate its position as the world's largest port trade city.
