Shanghai's Pudong Issues 15th Five-Year Plan for International Financial Center Core Zone

Pudong New Area has officially issued the 15th Five-Year Plan for Accelerating the Construction of the Core Zone of an International Financial Center. The plan specifies that by 2030, a basic framework for a globally leading, high-capacity core zone of an international financial center will be established, and it assigns key tasks including deepening high-level opening, building five functional centers, delivering the five major financial areas, coordinating development and security, and improving the financial ecosystem.

Against this backdrop, the 31st Financial Salon of 2026 was held, with discussions focused on reform paths, practical measures, and risk balance.
