Ukrainian Forces Attack Novatek Condensate Processing Complex at Ust-Luga, Two Facilities Catch Fire
Ukraine's Armed Forces General Staff said on social media on the 14th that its troops attacked an energy facility in Russia's northwestern Leningrad Oblast during the night of 13-14. The target was two facilities within the condensate processing and transshipment complex of Russian major gas producer Novatek at Ust-Luga port, which caught fire.
The complex primarily processes stable condensate into light naphtha, heavy naphtha, jet fuel, and diesel, with some of these products supplied to the Russian armed forces.
