16 A-share Firms Face Lockup Expiry on Sept 7, Unlocking RMB 27.79 Billion

On September 7, 16 A-share companies will see restricted shares become tradable, releasing a combined 521 million shares valued at RMB 27.79 billion based on latest closing prices. Eight firms unlock over 10 million shares each, led by Minsheng Health, Weiergao, and Huaxin Jingke. Four companies exceed a 10% unlock ratio, with Minsheng Health at 69.0%.

On September 7, a total of 16 companies will have restricted shares unlocked, with a combined release of 521 million shares. Based on the latest closing prices, the total market value of these unlocked shares amounts to RMB 27.79 billion.

In terms of share volume, eight companies will unlock more than 10 million shares each. Minsheng Health, Weiergao, and Huaxin Jingke lead the list, with unlock volumes of 246 million shares, 98.24 million shares, and 49.46 million shares, respectively.

Regarding unlock market value, eight companies will see over RMB 100 million in shares released. Moore Threads-U, Weiergao, and Minsheng Health rank at the top, with unlock values of RMB 13.39 billion, RMB 5.27 billion, and RMB 3.06 billion, respectively.

As for the proportion of unlocked shares to total share capital, four companies will have unlock ratios exceeding 10%. Minsheng Health, Weiergao, and Huaxin Jingke lead, with ratios of 69.0%, 52.1%, and 28.27%, respectively.
