47 Companies Disclose Buyback Progress; GigaDevice Plans Up to 2 Billion Yuan

On August 1, 47 listed companies released 47 share buyback progress announcements. GigaDevice proposed repurchasing up to 2 billion yuan, while Haier Smart Home disclosed actual repurchases of 1.919 billion yuan. Other notable proposals included Zhongchuang Zhiling (up to 400 million yuan) and Yabao Pharmaceutical (up to 200 million yuan). Several companies reported first-time repurchases, with percentages including 0.038%, 0.435%, and 0.46% of respective share capital. On August 1, 47 listed companies issued a total of 47 announcements on share buyback progress. Among them, shareholders of 3 companies proposed share repurchases, 14 companies disclosed initial buyback plans for the first time, 22 companies disclosed implementation progress, and 8 companies completed their buyback programs. From the newly disclosed buyback proposals, GigaDevice Semiconductor (Beijing) Inc. plans to repurchase A-shares through centralized bidding transactions, with a buyback amount of not less than 1 billion yuan and no more than 2 billion yuan, a repurchase price not exceeding 750 yuan per share, and all repurchased shares will be cancelled to reduce registered capital. Zhongchuang Zhiling plans to repurchase shares with an amount of not less than 300 million yuan and no more than 400 million yuan, of which 50% will be cancelled to reduce registered capital, and the other 50% will be used for future equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans, with a repurchase price not exceeding 21 yuan per share. Yabao Pharmaceutical plans to repurchase shares with an amount of not less than 100 million yuan and no more than 200 million yuan, all to be cancelled to reduce registered capital, with a repurchase price not exceeding 6.95 yuan per share. Aiyingshi plans to repurchase shares with an amount of not less than 15 million yuan and no more than 30 million yuan for implementing equity incentive plans, with a repurchase price not exceeding 15 yuan per share. Regarding shareholder-proposed repurchases, Xu Hong, chairman, controlling shareholder, and one of the actual controllers of Yongmaotai, proposed that the company use its own funds and self-raised funds of 150 million yuan to 300 million yuan to repurchase some shares. The repurchased shares will be sold entirely through centralized bidding transactions 12 months after the announcement of the buyback results and share change notice. Xie Haihua, one of the actual controllers and chairman of Deppon Technology, proposed that the company repurchase shares with a total repurchase amount of not less than 12 million yuan and no more than 24 million yuan, for use in employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. In terms of buyback implementation progress, Haier Smart Home, Jintian Copper, and Dabao Medical had the highest repurchase amounts, with repurchases of 1.919 billion yuan, 200 million yuan, and 185 million yuan respectively. Among completed buybacks, Shiyu Circuit, Anfu Technology, and Huicheng Co. , Ltd. had the highest completed repurchase amounts, with repurchases of 296 million yuan, 133 million yuan, and 111 million yuan respectively. In addition, several companies disclosed their first share repurchase announcements on the evening of July 31. Chongqing Port repurchased 452,600 shares through centralized bidding transactions on July 31, accounting for 0.038% of its total share capital, with the highest purchase price at 4.25 yuan per share and the lowest at 4.21 yuan per share, paying a total of 1.9175 million yuan. Zhongtian Service repurchased 1.4242 million shares for the first time through a dedicated repurchase securities account via centralized bidding, representing 0.435% of its current total share capital, with the highest transaction price at 4.9 yuan per share and the lowest at 4.79 yuan per share, for a total transaction amount of 6.9076 million yuan. Haite High-Tech repurchased 3.3999 million shares for the first time through a dedicated repurchase securities account via centralized bidding on July 30, representing 0.46% of its total share capital, with the highest transaction price at 9.22 yuan per share and the lowest at 8.91 yuan per share, for a total transaction amount of 30.7803 million yuan.
