47 Companies Issue Share Buyback Updates on August 1, Multiple Plans Top RMB 100 Million

On August 1, 47 companies published share buyback-related announcements: shareholders of three proposed buybacks, 14 disclosed first-time plans, 22 provided implementation updates, and eight completed programs. Among shareholder proposals, Yongmaotai, Beijing Junzheng and Debang Technology sought up to RMB 300 million, RMB 200 million and RMB 24 million. GigaDevice, Zhongchuang Zhiling and Yabao Pharmaceutical led initial plans with up to RMB 2 billion, RMB 400 million and RMB 200 million. In implementation, Haier Smart Home repurchased RMB 1.919 billion, the highest, followed by Jintian and Dabo Medical. Completed buybacks were led by Shiyun Circuit, Anfu Technology and Huicheng.

On August 1, a total of 47 companies issued announcements related to share buyback progress. Among them, shareholders of three companies proposed buybacks of company shares, 14 companies disclosed initial buyback plans for the first time, 22 companies disclosed implementation progress, and eight companies had completed their buyback programs.

Regarding shareholder-proposed buybacks, shareholders at three companies proposed repurchases exceeding RMB 10 million. Yongmaotai, Beijing Junzheng and Debang Technology proposed the largest amounts, at up to RMB 300 million, RMB 200 million and RMB 24 million, respectively.

Regarding initial buyback plans, 11 companies announced preliminary plans exceeding RMB 10 million that day. GigaDevice, Zhongchuang Zhiling and Yabao Pharmaceutical set the largest planned amounts, intending to repurchase up to RMB 2 billion, RMB 400 million and RMB 200 million, respectively.

In terms of implementation progress, Haier Smart Home, Jintian and Dabo Medical recorded the largest repurchase amounts, buying back RMB 1.919 billion, RMB 200 million and RMB 185 million, respectively. Shiyun Circuit, Anfu Technology and Huicheng led with RMB 296 million, RMB 133 million and RMB 111 million, respectively.
