Nine Firms Announce Private Placements; Lude Tech Plans Up to RMB 152 Million

On July 28, nine A-share companies disclosed private placement plans, with Lude Technology proposing to raise up to RMB 152 million. So far this year, 104 firms have completed private placements, including Air China and China Shenhua, each raising RMB 20 billion.

On July 28, a total of nine A-share companies released announcements related to private placements. Among them, one company disclosed a stock placement proposal, two had their proposals approved by shareholders, and six received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Lude Technology had the largest proposed private placement, planning to raise no more than RMB 152 million.

So far this year, 104 companies have announced the completion of private placement plans, with 37 firms raising over RMB 1 billion each. The largest amounts were raised by Air China and China Shenhua, each totaling RMB 20 billion, followed by Songfa Holding with RMB 7 billion.
