On August 24, A-share green computing power concept stocks rallied, with GCL Energy (002015) hitting the daily limit up, backed by over RMB 800 million in buy orders. The move followed the 2026 Green Computing Power (AI) Conference in Hohhot, where 13 key projects totaling RMB 136.1 billion were signed, covering chip testing, equipment manufacturing, computing centers, and token factories. A report released at the conference showed China's intelligent computing capacity reached 2185 EFLOPS by end-June 2026.

In early trading on August 24, A-share green computing power concept stocks performed actively, with GCL Energy (002015) hitting the daily limit up, with sealed buy orders exceeding RMB 800 million. Other stocks, including Huaneng Power International, Jinkai New Energy, Shaoneng Co. , Baoxin Energy, and Yuneng Holdings, also rose in tandem.

On the news front, the 2026 Green Computing Power (AI) Conference was held on August 22 in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. During the conference, a group of leading enterprises in the computing power industry chain signed 13 key projects, with total investment reaching RMB 136.1 billion, covering fields such as chip testing, equipment manufacturing, computing centers, and token factories.

The "Green Computing Power Development Research Report (2026)" released at the conference showed that in terms of greening computing equipment, China's computing power equipment is accelerating its iterative upgrade toward high energy efficiency. As of the end of June 2026, China's intelligent computing power scale reached 2185 EFLOPS.
