China A-Share Indexes Fall on July 28; ChiNext 7%, STAR 50 6% as CPO, Chip Sectors Lead

On July 28, the ChiNext Index fell 7% during trading, the Shanghai Composite Index declined 1.4%, the Shenzhen Component Index dropped over 4%, and the STAR 50 Index fell more than 6%. The CPO concept and chip sectors led the declines.
