Chinese A-share markets opened lower on July 28, with all major indices falling. The Shanghai Composite Index opened at 3823.13 points, down 0.91%. The Shenzhen Component Index dropped 2.25% to 13830.35 points, while the ChiNext Index fell 3.12% to 3478.86 points. The SME Board Index declined 2.12% to 8608.81 points.
