Aug 12: 11 A-Share Placement Notices; Since 2026, 113 Completed, Top at RMB 20 Billion
On August 12, 11 A-share companies issued private placement notices, including new proposals from Qiangrui Technology and Ya Ben Chemical, which plan to raise up to RMB 1.05 billion and RMB 841 million respectively. The remaining notices covered shareholder approvals, exchange approvals, regulatory approvals, one cancellation, and one completion. Since 2026, 113 companies have completed placements, with the largest raises totaling RMB 20 billion each by Air China and China Shenhua, followed by Songfa with RMB 7 billion.
On August 12, a total of 11 A-share companies issued announcements related to private placements. Among them, two companies disclosed private placement proposals, three companies had their proposals approved by shareholders' meetings, one company had its proposal approved by the stock exchange, three companies had their proposals approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), one company discontinued its placement plan, and one company completed its placement. Among the latest proposals disclosed that day, Qiangrui Technology and Ya Ben Chemical had the highest planned amounts, aiming to raise no more than RMB 1.05 billion and RMB 841 million respectively. Among the companies that completed placements, Hai Neng Technology raised a total of RMB 89 million.
Since 2026, 113 companies have announced the completion of private placement plans, of which 39 have raised more than RMB 1 billion. The three companies with the highest placement amounts are Air China, China Shenhua and Songfa, with total funds raised reaching RMB 20 billion, RMB 20 billion and RMB 7 billion respectively.
