Anhui province, through entities including Hefei Industrial Investment Holding Group, holds about 40% of the company, representing a paper gain of approximately RMB 1.3 trillion. Additionally, funds affiliated with DeepSeek founder Liang Wenfeng recorded a combined paper gain of about RMB 820 million.

Changxin Technology debuted on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 27, with its share price surging over 460% and market capitalization reaching RMB 3.28 trillion. Changxin Technology is the world's fourth-largest dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) manufacturer. Anhui province, through a network of entities led by Hefei Industrial Investment Holding Group, holds about 40% of the company, making it the largest shareholder group. Based on the closing market capitalization, the value of this investment is approximately RMB 1.3 trillion.

Changxin Technology was formerly known as Changxin Memory, and was founded in 2016 in Hefei, the capital of Anhui province. Ningbo High-Flyer Quant and Jiuzhang Asset Management, both under the control of DeepSeek founder Liang Wenfeng, received the largest allocation of private fund shares in this listing, with a combined paper gain of about RMB 820 million.
